【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景下,人們的工作生活與數(shù)據(jù)密不可分,犯罪分子實(shí)施犯罪行為也越來越離不開數(shù)據(jù)信息。順應(yīng)大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展趨勢,更新偵查理念、轉(zhuǎn)變辦案方式,發(fā)揮好大數(shù)據(jù)在案件偵查中的作用,對于提高辦案效率和案件偵破率都有極大幫助。大數(shù)據(jù)催生了在線開放、數(shù)據(jù)主導(dǎo)偵查、數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)性、線上破案與線下證明相結(jié)合等新的偵查理念,結(jié)合一體性偵查、全景式偵查、預(yù)測性偵查等大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的偵查模式,通過綜合分析現(xiàn)場勘驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、視頻監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)、人案物關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù),利用大數(shù)據(jù)的記錄功能收集犯罪證據(jù)、查明犯罪事實(shí)、抓獲犯罪分子;利用大數(shù)據(jù)的預(yù)測功能,及早偵查到處于預(yù)備階段的犯罪行為,查獲犯罪嫌疑人。
[Abstract]:Under the background of big data era, people's work and life are closely related to data, and criminal activities are more and more inseparable from data information. Complying with big data's developing trend, renewing the investigation idea, changing the way of handling cases and giving full play to the role of big data in the investigation of cases, it is of great help to improve the efficiency of handling cases and the rate of case detection. Big data gave birth to new investigative concepts, such as online opening, data leading investigation, data correlation, combination of online case solving and offline proof, combination of integrated investigation, panoramic investigation, predictive investigation and so on. Through the comprehensive analysis of on-site data, video surveillance data, related data of human cases, using big data's recording function to collect evidence of crime, to find out the facts of crime, to capture criminals; Using big data's predictive function, early detection of criminal acts in the preparatory stage, arrest of criminal suspects.
