2007—2016年上海市乙醇陽性死亡案例的法醫(yī)學(xué)分析

【摘要】：目的研究上海地區(qū)非交通事故的乙醇相關(guān)死亡案件特點,為乙醇相關(guān)政策的制定及干預(yù)行動提供參考。方法收集2007—2016年上海市公安局刑事偵查總隊法醫(yī)室受理的乙醇陽性死亡案例,按血液乙醇濃度(blood alcohol concentration,BAC)進行等級劃分,分析BAC在年份、性別、年齡、季節(jié)、死亡原因、死亡方式、合并藥毒物等情況中的分布差異。結(jié)果年份、季節(jié)與乙醇相關(guān)死亡無明顯聯(lián)系;乙醇相關(guān)死亡案件中男性比例(88.4%)明顯高于女性(11.6%);20~39歲(57.1%)、機械性損傷(70.1%)、他殺(64.6%)、合并毒品(37.2%)在年齡、死因、死亡方式、合用藥毒物中占比最高;隨BAC上升,機械性損傷、他殺案件呈下降趨勢,燒死、意外呈上升趨勢。結(jié)論上海地區(qū)男性、20~39歲是乙醇相關(guān)死亡的主要人群;隨BAC上升,機械性損傷、他殺死亡比例呈下降趨勢,燒死、意外死亡比例呈上升趨勢;對于乙醇合用毒品相關(guān)死亡,中毒致死的診斷需要予以關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of ethanol-related deaths in non-traffic accidents in Shanghai and to provide references for the formulation of ethanol-related policies and intervention. Methods the ethanol-positive death cases accepted by forensic department of criminal investigation team of Shanghai Public Security Bureau from 2007 to 2016 were collected and classified according to blood alcohol concentration (blood alcohol concentration,BAC). The year, sex, age, season and cause of death of BAC were analyzed. Differences in the distribution of death patterns, combined drug poisons, etc. Results there was no significant correlation between seasons and ethanol-related deaths in the year, the proportion of men (88.4%) in ethanol-related deaths was significantly higher than that in women (11.6%), the age (57.1%), mechanical injuries (70.1%), homicide (64.6%), combined drugs (37.2%) in age, causes of death, and ways of death. With the increase of BAC and mechanical injury, the cases of homicide showed a downward trend, while the cases of burning and accidental increased. Conclusion male in Shanghai, aged 20 to 39 years old, are the main group of ethanol-related deaths, with the increase of BAC and mechanical injury, the death rate of homicide is decreasing, the death rate of burning and accidental death is on the rise, and the death rate of alcohol combined with drugs is increasing. The diagnosis of poisoning death needs attention.
