【摘要】：正近年來,"金新月"毒品產(chǎn)量迅猛增長(zhǎng)。據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)通報(bào),2006年"金新月"地區(qū)的產(chǎn)毒大國(guó)阿富汗鴉片產(chǎn)量達(dá)6100噸,占世界鴉片總產(chǎn)量的92%。在這種形勢(shì)下,大量的"金新月"毒品通過中亞、南亞向我國(guó)走私滲透成為一種必然趨勢(shì),而新疆作為我國(guó)西北與中亞的門戶,必將首當(dāng)其沖。從2005年5月到2006年12月26日,新疆一共破獲金新月毒品案
[Abstract]:In recent years, the "Golden Crescent" drug production is growing rapidly. According to the United Nations, Afghanistan, a drug-producing country in the Golden Crescent region, produced 6100 tons of opium in 2006, accounting for 922 percent of the world's total opium production. In this situation, a large number of "Golden Crescent" drugs through Central Asia, South Asia smuggling into China has become an inevitable trend, and Xinjiang, as the gateway between Northwest and Central Asia, will bear the brunt. From May 2005 to December 26, 2006, a total of drug-related cases involving Golden Crescent were cracked in Xinjiang.
