Y-STR基因座分型缺失分析

【摘要】:目的分析Y-STR基因座等位基因分型缺失數(shù)據(jù),為法醫(yī)學(xué)提供應(yīng)用參考。方法收集浙江漢族4477名無(wú)關(guān)男性個(gè)體血樣,自動(dòng)工作站磁珠法提取DNA,Y-filer~(TM)試劑盒進(jìn)行復(fù)合擴(kuò)增,GeneMapper ID v3.2分析軟件分析Y-STR數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計(jì)出現(xiàn)基因分型缺失的概率。結(jié)果在4477名無(wú)關(guān)個(gè)體的Y-STR數(shù)據(jù)中,有來(lái)自23種單倍型的26個(gè)樣本Y-STR分型各有1個(gè)短片段基因座的基因分型缺失,而其它長(zhǎng)片段基因座的分型均完全正常;蚍中腿笔У陌l(fā)生頻率為0.518%。結(jié)論Y-STR基因座分型缺失具有一定的發(fā)生率,在日常檢案中應(yīng)注意防止誤判。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the data of allelic deletion of Y-STR locus and provide reference for forensic medicine. Methods 4477 unrelated male blood samples from Zhejiang Han nationality were collected and the DNA,Y-filer~ (TM) was extracted by magnetic bead method on an automatic workstation. The Y-STR data were analyzed by multiple amplification software GeneMapper ID v3.2, and the probability of genotyping deletion was counted. Results in the Y-STR data of 4477 unrelated individuals, 26 Y-STR genotypes from 23 haplotypes had one short fragment locus deletion, while the other long fragment loci were completely normal. The frequency of genotyping deletion was 0.518%. Conclusion deletion of Y-STR locus has a certain incidence, and we should pay attention to the prevention of misjudgment in routine examination.
