【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件作為一種特殊的利益訴求行為越來越受關(guān)注。"付出-回報失衡(ERI)"模型以社會交換理論為基礎(chǔ),從付出和回報的不對稱視角探討社會壓力的形成機制和作用機理。基于此模型可以推導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的出現(xiàn)與參與者追求社會公平有關(guān)。參與者在現(xiàn)實世界中付出與回報的失衡狀態(tài)引發(fā)的不公平感是網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的重要驅(qū)力。本研究從政府管理和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播兩個方面完善了"付出-回報失衡"模型,并提出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的應(yīng)對策略,為公共管理部門處理此類事件提供了整合思路。
[Abstract]:Network group event as a kind of special interest appeal behavior receives more and more attention. " Based on the theory of social exchange, the (ERI) "model of pay-reward imbalance discusses the formation mechanism and mechanism of social pressure from the perspective of asymmetry of pay and return. Based on this model, it can be deduced that the emergence of network group events is related to the participants' pursuit of social justice. The sense of unfairness caused by the imbalance between payoffs and payoffs in the real world is an important driving force of network group events. This study consummates the "pay-return imbalance" model from two aspects of government management and network communication, and puts forward the coping strategies of network group events, which provides an integrated thinking for public administration departments to deal with such incidents.
