【摘要】：鑒定結(jié)論的科學(xué)性是其構(gòu)成訴訟證據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)。本文主要從司法鑒定實踐中鑒定人員存在的問題入手,系統(tǒng)地剖析了影響鑒定結(jié)論科學(xué)性、客觀性的原因,探討了如何提高鑒定人員素質(zhì),以保障鑒定結(jié)論科學(xué)性的初步方案與措施。
