【摘要】：在亂供者中,亂供的動機多種多樣,亂供的表現(xiàn)形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)多樣化。應(yīng)對犯罪嫌疑人亂供的一般做法是區(qū)分真假犯罪嫌疑人、分析影響犯罪嫌疑人亂供的因素、分類辨因具體施策;應(yīng)對亂供的策略有明確指控、扼制反駁限制、反復(fù)施壓、模糊對抗性、用好法律政策、說理教育感化、使用證據(jù)、識別拆穿謊言、利用矛盾、施用其他策略等。
[Abstract]:Among the disorderly suppliers, there are many kinds of motives and various forms of disorderly offering. The general way to deal with the criminal suspects' confessions is to distinguish the true and false criminal suspects, to analyze the factors that affect the criminal suspects' false confessions, to classify the reasons and give specific measures, to deal with the perverted confessions with clear accusations, to curb the rebuttal restrictions, and to exert repeated pressure. Fuzziness antagonism, good use of law and policy, reasoning education, use of evidence, identification of lies, use of contradictions, application of other strategies, etc.
