【摘要】：食品安全犯罪原因的研究不應(yīng)僅以犯罪人為中心,被害人對(duì)犯罪所起的促發(fā)作用也不容忽視。食品安全犯罪被害人具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性、身份特殊性、被害過(guò)程長(zhǎng)期積累性等特征。在一般情況下,被害人自身?xiàng)l件與觀念的偏差及其不良心理因素對(duì)食品安全犯罪會(huì)起到一定的助推作用。因此,從被害人著手也能對(duì)食品安全犯罪起到防范作用,具體對(duì)策主要包括:給予特殊消費(fèi)群體特殊關(guān)懷,加大對(duì)消費(fèi)者的教育與法制宣傳的力度,強(qiáng)化消費(fèi)者的自律意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The research on the cause of food safety crime should not be centered on the criminal only, and the effect of the victim on the crime can not be ignored. The victims of food safety crime have the characteristics of reality, identity, and long-term accumulation of the victimization. In general, the deviation of the victims' self conditions and ideas and their bad psychological factors It plays a certain role in promoting the crime of food safety. Therefore, the victim can also play a preventive role in the crime of food safety. The specific countermeasures include giving special care to special consumer groups, increasing the education and legal publicity of consumers and strengthening self-discipline consciousness of consumers.
