【摘要】：群體性事件是學(xué)術(shù)界長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),也是透視當(dāng)下中國(guó)基層政治生態(tài)的重要渠道之一。聚焦于近十年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)界的群體性事件研究,對(duì)既有學(xué)術(shù)作品回顧和反思,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):在國(guó)家取向下,群體性事件意味著政府治理過(guò)程中存在不足,誰(shuí)來(lái)治理、如何治理、怎樣治理、治理成效、治理困境是研究的側(cè)重點(diǎn);在社會(huì)取向下,群體性事件則凸顯社會(huì)力量不斷成長(zhǎng),不同利益群體相互之間存在矛盾糾紛,群體性事件的行為特征、內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī)、行動(dòng)邏輯、后果影響等是學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。國(guó)家治理與底層研究一直是群體性事件討論中的兩個(gè)重要視角。在分析框架上,現(xiàn)有研究形成了宏觀、中觀與微觀三個(gè)層面各具特色的研究。
[Abstract]:Group events have long been the focus of attention in academic circles, and they are also one of the important channels for studying the political ecology at the grass-roots level in China. Focusing on the research of group events in domestic academic circles in the past ten years, we can find out that under the national orientation, group events mean that there are deficiencies in the process of government governance, who will govern, and how to govern, to review and reflect on the existing academic works. How to manage, how to manage the effect and how to manage the predicament are the key points of the study. Under the social orientation, the group events highlight the growing of social forces, the existence of contradictions and disputes among different interest groups, and the behavior characteristics of group events. Internal motivation, action logic and consequence influence are the focus of academic attention. State governance and bottom-level research have been two important perspectives in the discussion of group events. In the framework of analysis, the existing research has formed the macroscopic, the meso-level and the micro-level each has the characteristic research.
