【摘要】：全國人大常委會《關(guān)于司法鑒定管理問題的決定》實施以來,民營司法鑒定機構(gòu)得到蓬勃發(fā)展,在法院和司法行政機關(guān)不再設立司法鑒定機構(gòu),以及偵查機關(guān)的司法鑒定機構(gòu)不得面向社會的情況下,民營機構(gòu)的出現(xiàn)具有積極意義。經(jīng)過幾年來的實踐,有的做大做強,有的還在為生存而掙扎,民營司法鑒定機構(gòu)面臨挑戰(zhàn)。民營司法鑒定機構(gòu)的發(fā)展需要關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the decision of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on the Administration of Forensic expertise, the private judicial expertise institutions have developed vigorously and no longer set up judicial expertise institutions in the courts and judicial administrative organs. The emergence of private institutions is of positive significance under the circumstances that the forensic agencies of investigative organs are not allowed to face the society. After several years of practice, some large and strong, some still struggling for survival, private forensic institutions are facing challenges. The development of private judicial expertise institutions needs attention.
