【摘要】：隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,計算機(jī)犯罪也在同步的發(fā)展。在這種虛擬的環(huán)境下實施計算機(jī)犯罪,不易取證和勘查。為了有效地打擊計算機(jī)犯罪,培養(yǎng)一批綜合素質(zhì)高的勘查偵查人才顯得尤為重要。我國的公安系統(tǒng)也非常重視這項工作。目前,公安機(jī)關(guān)對計算機(jī)犯罪的取證主要采用國際主流取證軟件EnCase,它提供了常用勘查功能外,更重要的是它提供了可以擴(kuò)展其程序功能的接口,勘查人員可以根據(jù)工作需要編寫程序來滿足勘查的需求,進(jìn)而解決更復(fù)雜的現(xiàn)實問題。開發(fā)一些實用性強(qiáng)的程序?qū)τ嬎銠C(jī)犯罪的勘查有著重要的作用。本文兼顧前人的理論研究,從實踐的角度來研究如何在EnCase平臺下開發(fā)功能強(qiáng)大的程序?qū)τ嬎銠C(jī)犯罪的勘查有著重要的意義。 本文共分了四部分進(jìn)行研究：第一部分通過整理總結(jié)了大量的材料對選題依據(jù)和意義,計算機(jī)犯罪的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,計算機(jī)犯罪的概念、特點(diǎn),計算機(jī)犯罪取證原則、勘查步驟及方法,計算機(jī)犯罪常見的手段,計算機(jī)取證的常見工具等方面進(jìn)行了概要的闡述。第二部分在實踐的基礎(chǔ)上從EnCase產(chǎn)品情況,EnCase特點(diǎn),EnCase功能三個方面對EnCase平臺進(jìn)行了介紹；第三部分結(jié)合基層公安工作的調(diào)研對系統(tǒng)的需求,總體框架,開發(fā)環(huán)境和腳本關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了相關(guān)的設(shè)計和說明；第四部分根據(jù)需求分析對系統(tǒng)包含的案例初始化、文件查詢、郵件勘查、QQ查詢、IE歷史查詢和信譽(yù)卡查詢六大模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計。最后總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)可以改進(jìn)的地方。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and network technology, computer crime is also developing synchronously. In this virtual environment, computer crime is not easy to obtain evidence and exploration. In order to effectively crack down on computer crime, it is very important to train a group of investigators with high comprehensive quality. Our country's public security system also attaches great importance to this work. At present, the public security organs mainly use the international mainstream forensics software EnCase.It provides the common exploration function, more importantly, it provides the interface that can expand its program function. Prospectors can write programs according to their work needs to meet the needs of exploration, and then solve more complex practical problems. Developing some practical programs plays an important role in the exploration of computer crime. In this paper, from the perspective of practice, it is of great significance to study how to develop powerful programs under the EnCase platform for the exploration of computer crimes. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part summarizes a large number of materials on the basis and significance of the topic, the current situation of computer crime at home and abroad, the concept of computer crime, characteristics, computer crime forensics principles, The steps and methods of exploration, the common means of computer crime and the common tools of computer forensics are described briefly. On the basis of practice, the second part introduces the EnCase platform from three aspects: the characteristics of EnCase and the function of EnCase. The development environment and script key technologies are designed and described. The fourth part is based on the requirements analysis of the system including the case initialization, file query, E-mail survey QQ query IE history inquiry and credit card inquiry six modules for detailed design. Finally, the system can be improved.
