【摘要】：近年來(lái),各類(lèi)醫(yī)療糾紛案件的發(fā)生率呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。這些案件的發(fā)生,不僅威脅著醫(yī)療事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,甚至可能危害國(guó)家的醫(yī)療和社會(huì)秩序。杜絕醫(yī)療事故、減少糾紛的發(fā)生是醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的內(nèi)在要求,也是保持醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生市場(chǎng)良性發(fā)展、維護(hù)廣大人民群眾利益的必要舉措。因此,如何有效地防范醫(yī)療糾紛已成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。認(rèn)真分析醫(yī)療糾紛案件發(fā)生的成因、表現(xiàn)形式及司法鑒定技術(shù)要素,對(duì)于規(guī)范此類(lèi)案件的處理具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of various cases of medical disputes is increasing. The occurrence of these cases not only threatens the healthy development of medical service, but also endangers the national medical and social order. To put an end to medical malpractice and reduce the occurrence of disputes is the inherent requirement of medical and health care, and is also a necessary measure to maintain the healthy development of the medical and health market and to safeguard the interests of the broad masses of the people. Therefore, how to effectively prevent medical disputes has become a problem to be solved urgently. It is of great significance to analyze the causes, manifestations and technical elements of forensic expertise of medical dispute cases.
