【摘要】：本文從社區(qū)矯正對象的求職特征和社區(qū)矯正對象勞動力市場排斥的影響因素兩個角度,來映射社區(qū)矯正對象在勞動力市場中的社會排斥境況,從而呈現(xiàn)出他們的弱勢鏡像。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the social exclusion situation of the community correction object in the labor market is mapped from the two angles of the job seeking characteristics of the community correction object and the influencing factor of the labor market exclusion of the community correction object, so as to present their weak image.
