【摘要】：高科技既是犯罪手段,又是防控手段。但是,僅憑科技防控的力量顯然是不足的,有效地防控科技犯罪既要重視事前預(yù)防,也要注意事后的控制。在中國構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的進程中,對高科技犯罪應(yīng)從法律防控、技術(shù)防控、道德防控等方面加以綜合防控。
[Abstract]:High technology is not only a means of crime, but also a means of prevention and control. However, the force of prevention and control of science and technology is obviously insufficient. The effective prevention and control of science and technology crime should not only pay attention to prevention in advance, but also pay attention to the control after the event.
