【摘要】： 本文著重研究了新世紀(jì)以來發(fā)生在我國(guó)農(nóng)村的群體性事件,目的在于查找農(nóng)村群體性事件問題產(chǎn)生的原因和實(shí)質(zhì),從治理和對(duì)策研究的視角,探求解決問題的辦法,從而達(dá)到更好地防范和化解,積極消除農(nóng)村群體性事件帶來的消極后果,把農(nóng)村群體性事件解決在萌芽狀態(tài)。在寫作過程中,通過吸收近幾年來一些專家學(xué)者的研究成果,采取了實(shí)地調(diào)研、分類研究、定量與定性相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)農(nóng)村群體性事件進(jìn)行了分類細(xì)化研究,從政治治理領(lǐng)域、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)民利益表達(dá)機(jī)制、新聞媒體輿情引導(dǎo)、應(yīng)急預(yù)案建立和管理等方面詳細(xì)的闡述了如何應(yīng)對(duì)農(nóng)村群體性事件。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the study of group events in rural areas in China since the new century, the purpose of which is to find out the causes and essence of the problems in rural areas, and to explore the solutions to the problems from the perspective of governance and countermeasure research. In order to achieve better prevention and solution, actively eliminate the negative consequences of rural group events, and solve the rural group events in the bud state. In the process of writing, by absorbing the research achievements of some experts and scholars in recent years, adopting the research methods of field investigation, classification research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, the classification and refinement of rural group events are carried out. From the aspects of political governance, the development of rural economy, the expression mechanism of farmers' interests, the guidance of news media public opinion, the establishment and management of emergency plans, this paper expounds in detail how to deal with rural mass incidents.
