【摘要】：目的探討我國西部地區(qū)勞教人員自評(píng)健康狀況及其影響因素。方法在廣西、重慶和云南12個(gè)勞教所采取隨機(jī)問卷方式調(diào)查1721名勞教人員,了解其自評(píng)健康狀況,并應(yīng)用Logistic回歸模型分析勞教人員自評(píng)健康狀況的影響因素。結(jié)果1721名被調(diào)查勞教人員的自評(píng)健康狀況一般,平均得分6.21±2.00分(總分10分)。吸毒、體力活動(dòng)、睡眠質(zhì)量和家庭關(guān)系4個(gè)因素對(duì)勞教人員的自評(píng)健康狀況有影響(P0.01),且多個(gè)健康危險(xiǎn)行為的聚集對(duì)自評(píng)健康狀況有影響(P0.01)。結(jié)論特定健康危險(xiǎn)因素和勞教人員自評(píng)健康狀況顯著相關(guān),且健康危險(xiǎn)因素的聚集可降低勞教人員的自評(píng)健康狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the self-assessment of health status of reeducation workers in western China and its influencing factors. Methods 1721 reeducation workers in Guangxi, Chongqing and Yunnan were investigated by random questionnaire to find out their self-rated health status, and Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of self-assessment health status of reeducation through labor. Results the self-rated health status of 1721 reeducation workers was average, with an average score of 6.21 鹵2.00 (total score of 10 points). Drug abuse, physical activity, sleep quality and family relationship had an effect on self-rated health status of re-education through labor, and the aggregation of multiple health risk behaviors had an effect on self-rated health status. Conclusion there is a significant correlation between specific health risk factors and self-rated health status of reeducation through labour, and the aggregation of health risk factors can reduce the self-rated health status of re-education through labour.
