【摘要】：目的研究家兔唾液中氯胺酮及代謝物去甲氯胺酮濃度與血藥濃度的相關(guān)性。方法實(shí)驗(yàn)家兔分為氯胺酮灌胃組(6只)、靜脈注射組(6只)和對(duì)照組(6只),分別于染毒前、后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)收集唾液和血液。采用氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC/MS)全掃描定性、氣相色譜(GC)定量分析樣品中氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮的濃度。采用雙變量Pearson相關(guān)分析研究唾液中藥物濃度和血藥濃度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果氯胺酮灌胃組和靜脈注射組給藥后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮在唾液和血液中的濃度相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)范圍為0.80~0.95。結(jié)論氯胺酮及去甲氯胺酮在唾液和血液中的濃度均有良好的相關(guān)性,根據(jù)唾液藥物濃度推斷血藥濃度可用于氯胺酮濫用的法醫(yī)學(xué)鑒定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between the concentration of ketamine and norketamine in saliva of rabbits and the concentration of norketamine in blood. Methods Rabbits were divided into two groups: ketamine group (n = 6) and intravenous injection group (n = 6) and control group (n = 6). Saliva and blood were collected at different time points. GC / MS was used to determine the quality of saliva and blood. The concentrations of ketamine and norketamine in samples were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). The correlation between saliva concentration and blood drug concentration was studied by bivariate Pearson correlation analysis. The correlation coefficient of concentration of ketamine and norketamine in saliva and blood was 0.80 ~ 0.95.Conclusion there is a good correlation between the concentrations of ketamine and norketamine in saliva and blood. Extrapolation of blood drug concentration based on saliva concentration can be used for forensic identification of ketamine abuse.
