【摘要】：正秦漢社會(huì)作為帝制之始,上層官僚制度的建構(gòu)、基層政權(quán)的組織形式、意識(shí)形態(tài)的管理模式等都有著這一時(shí)期的特色。王彥輝多年致力于秦漢社會(huì)史研究,對(duì)秦漢社會(huì)土地制度、繼承制度、鄉(xiāng)里控制等用力甚深�！肚貪h戶籍管理與賦役制度研究》(中華書(shū)局2016年版)一書(shū),入選2015年度《國(guó)家哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)成果文庫(kù)》,對(duì)秦漢縣鄉(xiāng)管理制度、戶籍管理與財(cái)產(chǎn)制度、聚落形態(tài)與鄉(xiāng)里控制、徭役兵役制度等問(wèn)題作了集中探討。全書(shū)32萬(wàn)字,共分六章。筆者通讀全書(shū),感悟頗多,總結(jié)幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)如下:
