【摘要】：數(shù)字出版是時代發(fā)展的必然趨勢,全面加快數(shù)字出版業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級已經(jīng)成為新聞出版強國戰(zhàn)略的重要構(gòu)成。數(shù)字出版為傳統(tǒng)出版業(yè)打破瓶頸、重構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、實現(xiàn)健康發(fā)展指明了出路。但客觀來講,數(shù)字出版建設(shè)尚處于探索階段,面臨著諸多問題。制度架構(gòu)是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的根本保障,而法律規(guī)制建設(shè)是首要問題。本文通過分析法國數(shù)字出版法律規(guī)制建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與特色,為國內(nèi)數(shù)字出版法制規(guī)制提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Digital publishing is the inevitable trend of the development of the times. Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the digital publishing industry has become an important component of the strategy of a powerful country in press and publication. Digital publishing breaks the bottleneck of the traditional publishing industry, reconstructs the industrial chain, and points out the way out for the healthy development. But objectively speaking, the construction of digital publishing is still in the exploration stage, facing many problems. The system structure is the fundamental guarantee of industrial development, and the construction of legal regulation is the primary problem. By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of the legal regulation of digital publishing in France, this paper provides a useful reference for the legal regulation of digital publishing in China.
