【摘要】：猶太律法經(jīng)歷了長期的生成和演變過程,近現(xiàn)代以來,猶太人積極應(yīng)對現(xiàn)代化和世俗化帶來的挑戰(zhàn),成功地融入西方社會之中,同時保持了自身的民族特性。在這一過程中,猶太人對律法進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化,較好地解決了傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、神圣與世俗等問題。猶太律法的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化,對我國當(dāng)前的法治建設(shè)、文化創(chuàng)新具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Jewish law has experienced a long process of formation and evolution. Since modern times, Jews have actively responded to the challenge of modernization and secularization, successfully integrated into the western society, while maintaining their own national identity. In this process, Jews creatively transformed the law and solved the problems of tradition and modernity, sacredness and mundane. The creative transformation of Jewish law has certain reference significance to the construction of rule of law and cultural innovation.
