【摘要】：做好普法宣傳教育工作是實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治省的關(guān)鍵,如何取得有效的普法成果,課題組在廣泛調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),針對(duì)河北省的普法現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題,提出切實(shí)可行的解決對(duì)策:一是明確普法目標(biāo),二是加強(qiáng)普法隊(duì)伍,三是完善普法內(nèi)容,四是豐富普法形式,五是區(qū)別普法對(duì)象,六是規(guī)范評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,七是關(guān)注欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),八是構(gòu)建京津冀一體化普法機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:It is the key to administer the province according to law to do well the propaganda and education work of popularizing the law. How to obtain the effective results of popularizing the law is analyzed and summarized by the research group on the basis of extensive investigation, aiming at the present situation and existing problems of the popularization of law in Hebei Province. Practical solutions are put forward: first, to make clear the goal of law popularization, second, to strengthen the legal popularization team; third, to perfect the content of law popularization; fourth, to enrich the form of law popularization; fifth, to distinguish the objects of law popularization; sixth, to standardize the evaluation mechanism; and seventh, to pay attention to less developed areas. The eighth is to build the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei legal mechanism.
