【摘要】：作為大陸法系誕生地的法國(guó),在近兩千年的社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,形成了其獨(dú)有的法院制度體系,其內(nèi)在的思想內(nèi)容和價(jià)值選擇在歐洲大陸甚至世界上別具一格,對(duì)現(xiàn)代法律文化、法律制度及司法制度的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展作出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。通過(guò)對(duì)法國(guó)法院制度的演變過(guò)程及原因進(jìn)行分析,以探尋法國(guó)法院制度在發(fā)展變化中的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:France, as the birthplace of the continental law system, has formed its unique court system in the process of social and economic development in the past 2000 years, and its internal ideological content and value choice are unique in continental Europe and even in the world. It has made great contribution to the emergence and development of modern legal culture, legal system and judicial system. Through the analysis of the evolution process and reasons of the French court system, this paper explores the experience of the French court system construction in the course of development and change.
