【摘要】：正一、《聯(lián)邦黨人文集》的緣起1787年美國發(fā)生了一件大事,55位國父齊聚費城,制定新的憲法。這個憲法和當時正在施行的《邦聯(lián)條例》存在一些根本性的區(qū)別,因此,當這部新憲法制定完之后,更準確地說,當它起草完畢之后,面臨著一個批準的問題。因為很多人對新憲法有異議,于是就打算阻止新憲法獲得批準,也有人在當時的報刊上發(fā)表了一些批評新憲法的文章。這時,新憲法的有力支持者亞歷山大·漢密爾頓認為有必要回應(yīng),闡釋新憲法的基
[Abstract]:In 1787, 55 founding fathers gathered in Philadelphia to enact a new constitution. There are some fundamental differences between the Constitution and the Confederacy Act in force at that time, so when the new Constitution is completed, and more accurately, when it is drafted, there is a problem of ratification. Because many people object to the new constitution, they intend to block its approval, and some people published articles criticizing the new constitution in the press at that time.
