【摘要】：人類正以跨越式的發(fā)展邁入新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,這種新型經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的問世,不僅意味著經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的重大變革,同時(shí)也是一場(chǎng)政治文化領(lǐng)域的重大革命,它會(huì)引發(fā)社會(huì)關(guān)系的重新調(diào)整,引致社會(huì)生活的巨大變化,當(dāng)然也會(huì)促進(jìn)權(quán)利現(xiàn)象的嬗變。新經(jīng)濟(jì)的人本性、信息性、開放性、可持續(xù)性、全球性等特征,必將引起權(quán)利地位的至上化、權(quán)利形式的無形化、權(quán)利主體的多元化、權(quán)利范圍和內(nèi)容的擴(kuò)張化及權(quán)利保護(hù)的國際化等。
[Abstract]:Mankind is stepping into a new economic era with the development of leaps and bounds. The appearance of this new economic form not only means a major change in the economic field, but also a major revolution in the field of political culture, which will lead to the readjustment of social relations. Great changes in social life, of course, will also promote the evolution of the phenomenon of rights. The characteristics of the new economy, such as human nature, information, openness, sustainability and globality, will inevitably lead to the supremacy of the right status, the intangible nature of the right form, the diversification of the subject of the right, etc. The expansion of the scope and content of rights and the internationalization of the protection of rights.
