【摘要】：將社會主義核心價值觀融入法治建設(shè)當(dāng)中,是法治國家建設(shè)的核心使命。具體包括:弘揚憲法權(quán)威、加強憲法宣傳是基本前提;以之作為制定、修改、廢除法律法規(guī)規(guī)章的指導(dǎo)思想是主要途徑;黨和政府率先垂范,堅持依法執(zhí)政、依法行政是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié);公正司法是重要保障;使之成為全社會的共同道德追求,讓守法成為全民真誠信仰是思想基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:It is the core mission of building a country ruled by law to integrate socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law. It includes: carrying forward the authority of the constitution and strengthening the propaganda of the constitution are the basic premise, the guiding ideology of making, modifying and abolishing the laws and regulations is the main way to make, revise and abolish the laws and regulations. The Party and the government should set an example and persist in ruling by law and administrating according to law is the key link; just administration of justice is an important guarantee; making it the common moral pursuit of the whole society; and making law-abiding become the sincere belief of the whole people is the ideological basis.
