【摘要】：法治中國的建設(shè)正處在不斷拓展之中,在法治拓展的過程中,社會生活諸領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)初步實現(xiàn)了法治化,但法治中國仍在路上。在法治建設(shè)過程中,還存在著許多與法治自身不相適應(yīng)的觀念、習(xí)慣和做法,仍需不斷拓展法治的深度與廣度。立足于中國法治實踐的成就,從中國法治的現(xiàn)實呼喚法治拓展、從"黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)法治"拓展到"黨實踐法治"、從"實質(zhì)法治"拓展到通過"形式法治"實現(xiàn)"實質(zhì)法治"、從法治的工具價值拓展到法治的目的價值、從"法治模仿"拓展到"法治自信"等視角。
[Abstract]:The construction of China under the rule of law is in the process of expanding. In the process of expanding the rule of law, all fields of social life have initially realized the rule of law, but the rule of law in China is still on the way. In the process of building the rule of law, there are still many concepts, habits and practices which are not suitable for the rule of law itself, and the depth and breadth of the rule of law still need to be continuously expanded. Based on the achievements of the practice of Chinese rule of law, from the reality of the rule of law in China calling for the development of the rule of law, from "the rule of law led by the party" to "practice the rule of law by the party", from the "substantive rule of law" to the realization of "substantial rule of law" through "formal rule of law". From the instrumental value of the rule of law to the objective value of the rule of law, from the "imitation of the rule of law" to "confidence in the rule of law" and other perspectives.
