【摘要】：診所式教學(xué)法在美國的創(chuàng)建及成功運用為我國迷茫中的法學(xué)教育者們指明了方向。診所式法律教育是順應(yīng)國際發(fā)展潮流的必然選擇,是豐富教學(xué)方法的必然要求,但在具體實踐中存在資金困境、師資困境等。要實現(xiàn)其中國化,必須多方聯(lián)動,建立資金投入的長效機制;完善課程設(shè)置,健全考核機制;實現(xiàn)師資多元化。
[Abstract]:The establishment and successful application of the clinical teaching method in the United States has pointed out the direction for the law educators in the confusion of our country. Clinical legal education is an inevitable choice to conform to the trend of international development and an inevitable requirement to enrich teaching methods. However, in practice, there is a dilemma of funds and teachers. In order to realize its localization in China, it is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism of capital investment, perfect the curriculum design, perfect the examination mechanism, and realize the diversification of teachers.
