【摘要】：為了應(yīng)對(duì)不斷加劇的市場競爭,各國都加大了對(duì)人才的儲(chǔ)備,具有創(chuàng)新能力的人才成為“軟實(shí)力”競爭的關(guān)鍵,但是我國不但在人才數(shù)量上與世界發(fā)達(dá)國家存在差距,在人才的質(zhì)量上更是相去甚遠(yuǎn)。在全球化時(shí)代中國能否在世界綜合國力的競爭中與強(qiáng)國抗衡,躋身于世界先進(jìn)民族之林,所依靠的不僅是知識(shí),是科技,更是掌握知識(shí)、運(yùn)用知識(shí)去開拓創(chuàng)新的高質(zhì)量人才。當(dāng)前,全球化理念正以日漸快捷的步伐滲入我們生活的方方面面,各個(gè)國家的交流與合作也隨之不斷的加強(qiáng),為了不被全球化浪潮湮沒,培養(yǎng)出符合全球化時(shí)代需要的法律人才是我國目前法制發(fā)展進(jìn)程中面臨的一個(gè)亟待解決的重大問題。然而,從我國當(dāng)前的現(xiàn)狀來看,真正適合時(shí)代需要的優(yōu)秀人才還很匱乏,這不但阻礙了我國參與全球化的步伐,還影響了我國法治社會(huì)的建設(shè)。因此,本文就是在立足現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以全球化對(duì)我國法律人才培養(yǎng)的要求為目標(biāo),通過深入分析當(dāng)前我國法律人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的種種問題,從而為全球化背景下我國法律人才的培養(yǎng)模式提供理論思路,以期未來能夠探索出一種既符合中國國情、又能適應(yīng)全球化發(fā)展的中國法律人才培養(yǎng)模式。 同時(shí),在“依法治國,建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家”目標(biāo)的指引之下,民主法制建設(shè)如火如荼,成績是有目共睹的,但是也不能忽視司法隊(duì)伍中出現(xiàn)的不正之風(fēng),當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是建立一支高素質(zhì)的法律人才隊(duì)伍,這將是當(dāng)前乃至今后相當(dāng)長時(shí)期內(nèi)我國法治國家建設(shè)中的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the increasing market competition, all countries have increased the reserve of talents, and the talents with innovative ability have become the key of "soft power" competition, but our country not only has a gap with the developed countries in terms of the number of talents. In terms of the quality of talent is far from the same. In the era of globalization, whether China can compete with the powerful nation in the competition of the comprehensive national strength of the world and become one of the advanced nations in the world depends not only on knowledge, but also on science and technology, but also on the high-quality talents who master knowledge and use knowledge to exploit and innovate. At present, the concept of globalization is permeating every aspect of our life at an increasingly rapid pace, and the exchanges and cooperation of various countries are also constantly strengthened, in order not to be annihilated by the tide of globalization. It is an important problem to be solved urgently in the process of legal development in our country to cultivate legal talents that meet the needs of the era of globalization. However, judging from the current situation of our country, the outstanding talents who are really suitable to the needs of the times are still very scarce, which not only hinders our country's participation in the pace of globalization, but also affects the construction of our country's society ruled by law. Therefore, on the basis of the present situation, this paper aims at the requirements of globalization for the cultivation of legal talents in our country, through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of cultivating legal talents in our country. Thus, it provides a theoretical idea for the training mode of Chinese legal talents under the background of globalization, in the hope of exploring a kind of training mode of Chinese legal talents which not only conforms to the national conditions of China, but also adapts to the development of globalization. At the same time, under the guidance of the goal of "governing the country according to law and building a socialist country ruled by law", the construction of democracy and the legal system is in full swing, and the achievements are obvious to all, but the unhealthy trend in the judicial team cannot be ignored. The urgent task is to establish a high-quality legal talent team, which will be an important task in the construction of our country ruled by law for a long time to come.
