【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨是我國社會主義事業(yè)的領導核心,依法治國是我國的基本方略,二者為有機統(tǒng)一體�；趯Σ煌瑫r期黨章及憲法文本的分析,黨的領導和依法治國的憲法性統(tǒng)一體現(xiàn)在黨的領導的憲法性表述、依法治國是在黨的領導下的治國理政基本方略、黨的領導和依法治國統(tǒng)一于憲法。建議通過在全社會樹立法治理念,全面推進從嚴治黨,著力建設法治政府和建構保障機制來實現(xiàn)黨的領導和依法治國的有機統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China is the leading core of the socialist cause of our country. Ruling the country by law is the basic strategy of our country, and the two are organic unity. Based on the analysis of the Constitution of the Party in different periods and the text of the Constitution, the constitutional unity of the leadership of the Party and the rule of law is embodied in the constitutional expression of the leadership of the Party, and the rule of law is the basic strategy of governing the country under the leadership of the Party. The leadership of the Party and the rule of law are unified in the Constitution. It is suggested that the organic unity of the leadership of the Party and the rule of law should be realized through the establishment of the concept of rule by law in the whole society, the overall promotion of strict administration of the Party, the construction of a government ruled by law and the construction of a guarantee mechanism.
