【摘要】：實踐教學是實現(xiàn)電大法學教育目標的重要環(huán)節(jié)與形式,"診所教育模式"借鑒了醫(yī)學院診所教育模式,倡導在實踐和經(jīng)驗中學習法律和提高學生的綜合素質(zhì),符合在職成人學習的實際。根據(jù)電大法學專業(yè)實踐教學的現(xiàn)狀,將診所教育模式引入其中是可行的,我們可以嘗試從課程設(shè)置、教學計劃等多個方面加以應用。
[Abstract]:Practice teaching is an important link and form to realize the goal of law education in RTVU. "Clinical Education Model" draws lessons from the medical clinic education model, advocates to study law in practice and experience and to improve students' comprehensive quality. In line with the practice of adult learning. According to the present situation of the practice teaching of law major in RTVU, it is feasible to introduce the mode of clinical education into it. We can try to apply it from many aspects, such as curriculum design, teaching plan and so on.
