【摘要】：在意大利高校,體育法課程由法律系組織,分大學(xué)選修課程和成人進(jìn)修課程兩種,外聘專(zhuān)業(yè)的體育法律師作為教師,教學(xué)內(nèi)容側(cè)重于民事體育法。體育法研究在意大利有著近百年的悠久歷史,選題雖然多元,但研究重心亦在民事體育法上。判例評(píng)論是意大利體育法研究的一大特色,法教義學(xué)則是研究的主要方法。中國(guó)的體育法教學(xué)與研究有自身特色,但也可以從意大利的經(jīng)驗(yàn)中得到有益啟示。
[Abstract]:In Italian colleges and universities, sports law courses are organized by the law department, which are divided into two kinds: elective courses and adult continuing courses. The external professional sports law lawyers are teachers, and the teaching contents are focused on civil sports law. The study of sports law has a long history of nearly 100 years in Italy. Although the topics are diverse, the research focus is also on civil sports law. Case review is a major feature of Italian sports law research, while legal dogmatics is the main research method. Chinese sports law teaching and research have their own characteristics, but also from the experience of Italy to get useful inspiration.
