【摘要】：全球化的發(fā)展推進(jìn)了國(guó)與國(guó)之間的交流,中國(guó)的法律從業(yè)者不可避免地受到全球化的影響,涉外法務(wù)實(shí)踐能力成為法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力的重要內(nèi)容。文章分析了法學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力缺失的現(xiàn)狀及原因,提出應(yīng)重視法律英語(yǔ)教學(xué),明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)和任務(wù),重視師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),豐富教學(xué)手段,精選教學(xué)材料,增加涉外法務(wù)實(shí)踐內(nèi)容,以促進(jìn)學(xué)生涉外法務(wù)實(shí)踐能力的綜合提升。
[Abstract]:The development of globalization has promoted the exchange between countries. The legal practitioners in China are inevitably influenced by globalization. The practice ability of foreign legal affairs has become an important content of the professional ability of law students. This paper analyzes on the present situation and causes of the lack of practical ability of law major students, and puts forward that we should attach importance to the teaching of legal English, make clear the teaching objectives and tasks, attach importance to the construction of the teaching staff, enrich the teaching means, and select the teaching materials. To increase the content of Forensic practice in order to promote the comprehensive improvement of students 'Foreign-related Forensic practice ability.
