【摘要】：正關(guān)于法治化法治是消除腐敗的真正治本之策,這已經(jīng)是普遍的社會共識。用法治思維和法治方式治理腐敗問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)權(quán)力制約與監(jiān)督的法治化,這也是推進(jìn)法治中國建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。十八大以來,按照依法治國、依法執(zhí)政的要求,中央出臺了一系列改革舉措,這將會大大提高權(quán)力制約和監(jiān)督工作的力度,有效防止腐敗蔓延。十八大以來,黨和國家在反腐敗方面的一個主要思路,就是加強(qiáng)對權(quán)力運(yùn)行的制約和監(jiān)督,把權(quán)力關(guān)進(jìn)制度的籠子里。這是對權(quán)力與制度關(guān)系的形象概括,是馬克思主義權(quán)力觀的生動寫照。把權(quán)力關(guān)進(jìn)制度的籠子里,就是把權(quán)力運(yùn)行納入制度軌道,用制度監(jiān)督、規(guī)范、
[Abstract]:It is a universal social consensus that the rule of law is the real solution to eliminate corruption. It is also an important content to promote the construction of China under the rule of law by using the thinking of rule by law and the way of ruling by law to deal with corruption and to realize the rule of law of power restriction and supervision. Since the 18th National Congress, in accordance with the requirements of governing the country according to law and ruling by law, the Central Committee has issued a series of reform measures, which will greatly enhance the strength of power restriction and supervision, and effectively prevent the spread of corruption. Since the 18th National Congress, one of the main ideas of the Party and the state in the fight against corruption is to strengthen the restriction and supervision of the operation of power and to put power in the cage of the system. This is an image summary of the relationship between power and system, and a vivid portrayal of Marxist view of power.
