【摘要】：正十八屆四中全會以"依法治國"作為全會主題,這在我們黨的歷史上是第一次,令人鼓舞。全會提出,"法律的權威源自人民的內心擁護和真誠信仰。人民權益要靠法律保障,法律權威要靠人民維護。"如何讓百姓在實踐法治中受益,這是法治能否成功的關鍵。在此,筆者主要談談法治建設的兩個基本問題。一、法律為什么重要?法律的作用在于各就各位、各行其道,明確相互之間的關系,也就是明確各自的邊界,包括權利或權力的邊界,義務或責任的邊界。處理這方面
[Abstract]:For the first time in the history of our Party, the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee took "governing the country according to law" as the theme of the plenary session, which is encouraging.
