【摘要】：在貴州省錦屏縣石引村劉光彬家藏文書中,有較多清代司法檔案。其中關(guān)于一座橋的建橋與毀橋的訴訟卷宗比較有代表性。查閱這些文書,發(fā)現(xiàn)架橋和毀橋都與當(dāng)?shù)匦叛隽?xí)俗有關(guān),而地方政府的判決更注重交通設(shè)施的維護(hù),而不受民間信仰和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的影響。
[Abstract]:In the Tibetan books of Liu Guangbin, Shiyin Village, Jinping County, Guizhou Province, there are more judicial archives in Qing Dynasty. One of the bridge on the bridge and bridge destruction of the lawsuit file is more representative. Looking at these documents, it is found that both the bridge building and the bridge destruction are related to local religious practices, and that local government decisions are more concerned with the maintenance of transport facilities and are not influenced by folk beliefs and customs.
