【摘要】：公民法律素質(zhì)的提高是實現(xiàn)依法治國方略的關(guān)鍵與核心。重慶渝東南民族地區(qū)公民法律素質(zhì)調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:公民法律素質(zhì)有待提高,存在學(xué)法意識較弱,法律認知亦存偏差、用法意識較強,但用法能力存欠缺、守法意識較強,但是意志不夠堅定等問題。建議強化普法教育,注重教育實效、優(yōu)化法治環(huán)境,彰顯法治魅力、完善法律服務(wù),滿足群眾需要,著力提高公民法律素質(zhì),為重慶市"十三五"經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展營造良好法治環(huán)境夯實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The improvement of citizen's legal quality is the key and core to realize the strategy of governing the country according to law. The result of investigation on citizen's legal quality in southeast Chongqing shows that the citizen's legal quality needs to be improved, the consciousness of learning law is weak, the legal cognition is also biased, the sense of usage is stronger, but the ability of usage is deficient, and the consciousness of abiding by the law is stronger. But the will is not firm enough and so on. It is suggested to strengthen the education of popularizing law, pay attention to the actual effect of education, optimize the environment of ruling by law, highlight the charm of ruling by law, perfect legal service, meet the needs of the masses, and strive to improve the legal quality of citizens. To build a sound legal environment for the economic and social development of Chongqing's 13th Five-Year Plan.
