亂世重典:陳啟天“新法家主義”思想平議

【摘要】：陳啟天將法家思想資源與他一貫奉行的國家主義思想相結(jié)合,著力打造出新法家主義理論,試圖為當(dāng)時(shí)的中國擺脫貧弱,走向富強(qiáng)指出一條新的出路。這種主張?jiān)诋?dāng)時(shí)有一定合理性,然而,尚"力"的"新法家主義"學(xué)說頗具獨(dú)裁意味,客觀上否定了自由民主的價(jià)值,結(jié)果與其初衷相違背。
[Abstract]:Chen Qitian combined the ideological resources of Legalists with his consistent ideology of nationalism, and tried to create a new theory of legalism, in an attempt to point out a new way out for China at that time to get rid of the weak and poor and move towards prosperity and strength. This proposition was reasonable at that time, however, the theory of "Neo-legalism", which was still "Lianli", was quite autocratic and objectively denied the value of freedom and democracy, and the result was contrary to its original intention.
