【摘要】：正2013年11月8日,由上海市文聯(lián)權(quán)益維護(hù)中心、上海大學(xué)影視學(xué)院、東南大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院、《藝術(shù)百家》雜志社聯(lián)合主辦,上海文學(xué)藝術(shù)著作權(quán)協(xié)會(huì)協(xié)辦的"中國(guó)文藝法規(guī)建設(shè)學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)"在上海大學(xué)舉行,來(lái)自東南大學(xué)、上海大學(xué)、復(fù)旦大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)、華東政法大學(xué)、福建師范大學(xué)、華北電力大學(xué)等高校以及中國(guó)文聯(lián)權(quán)益保護(hù)部、全國(guó)人大教科文衛(wèi)委員會(huì)、上海市文聯(lián)的20余位專(zhuān)家學(xué)者以及近10位青年學(xué)者參加了本次研討會(huì)。大會(huì)開(kāi)幕式由上海市文聯(lián)權(quán)益處張澤綱處長(zhǎng)主持,中國(guó)文聯(lián)權(quán)益保護(hù)部劉曉霞主任、上海市文聯(lián)黨組王依群副書(shū)記、東南大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)王廷信教授以及上海大學(xué)影視學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)鄭涵教授在開(kāi)幕式上致辭。本次會(huì)議分為大會(huì)主
[Abstract]:On November 8, 2013, jointly sponsored by Shanghai Arts Federation Rights and interests Center, School of Film and Television of Shanghai University, School of Art of Southeast University, "hundred Art" magazine, The "Symposium on the Construction of Chinese Literature and Art laws and regulations", co-organized by the Shanghai Literary and artistic copyright Association, was held at Shanghai University from Southeast University, Shanghai University, Fudan University, Wuhan University, East China University of political Science and Law, Fujian normal University, More than 20 experts and scholars from the North China Electric Power University and other universities, as well as the Department of Rights and interests Protection of the China Federation of Arts and Arts, the National people's Congress Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee, and nearly 10 young scholars attended the seminar. The opening ceremony of the meeting was presided over by Director Zhang Zegang, Department of Rights and interests of the Shanghai Federation of Literary Arts, Director Liu Xiaoxia, Director of the Department of Rights and interests Protection of the China Federation of Arts and Arts, and deputy secretary of the party group of the Shanghai Federation Professor Wang Tingxin, Dean of the School of Art of Southeast University, and Professor Zheng Han, Dean of the School of Film and Television of Shanghai University, addressed the opening ceremony.
