【摘要】:正法學教育即法學專業(yè)學科教育,主要是教授給學生法律知識,培養(yǎng)從事法律職業(yè)的法律專業(yè)人才。法學教育是培養(yǎng)法治社會法律人才的重要手段,也是衡量社會文明程度和法治建設水平的標志。我國法律專業(yè)教育在經(jīng)歷了較多坎坷之后,社會開始越來越多地關注法學教育,也對法律專業(yè)教育教學改革提出了更多要求。教育是人類文明傳承與發(fā)展的一個重要途徑,法律也需要教育。面臨社會發(fā)展與需求,劉佳攜手社會科學文獻出版
[Abstract]:Regular law education is the subject education of law major, which mainly teaches law knowledge to students and trains legal professionals engaged in law profession. Legal education is not only an important means to train legal talents in a society ruled by law, but also a symbol to measure the degree of social civilization and the level of construction of the rule of law. After a lot of frustrations, the society began to pay more and more attention to the law education and put forward more requirements for the reform of the law education. Education is an important way for the inheritance and development of human civilization. Law also needs education. In the face of social development and demand, Liu Jia works hand in hand with the publication of social science literature.
