【摘要】：我國(guó)新時(shí)期全面深化改革的重大內(nèi)容就是法治中國(guó)建設(shè),這是我們黨對(duì)依法治國(guó)理論進(jìn)行的全新凝練,是當(dāng)前全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)追求。黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平同志對(duì)“法治中國(guó)”建設(shè)做出了一系列重要批示和闡述,這為我們?nèi)ν七M(jìn)法治中國(guó)建設(shè)提供了法治思維方式。思維是行動(dòng)的先導(dǎo)。熟練、正確地運(yùn)用法治方式解決遇到的難題,前提是要形成法治思維。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)的法治建設(shè)進(jìn)程已經(jīng)步入一個(gè)新階段,但其社會(huì)整體法治建設(shè)深度、廣度仍待加強(qiáng)。目前,由政府來引導(dǎo)與推進(jìn)的社會(huì)法治建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,家庭矛盾、醫(yī)患爭(zhēng)執(zhí)、官民緊張、勞資糾紛等社會(huì)矛盾此起彼伏,嚴(yán)重影響著社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定與和諧。在此,應(yīng)當(dāng)培育我們的法治思維。法治思維的培育不僅有助于提高公民的自身素質(zhì),更是建設(shè)法治中國(guó)的強(qiáng)大推力。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于全面深化改革與發(fā)展的新時(shí)期,面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際形勢(shì)、矛盾叢生的國(guó)內(nèi)局面,再加上多元價(jià)值觀的沖擊,法治思維的培育面臨一系列挑戰(zhàn)與困難。法治思維培育的當(dāng)務(wù)之急就是要在準(zhǔn)確把握社會(huì)主義法治思維基本內(nèi)涵、深刻理解法治思維重要意義的基礎(chǔ)上,積極探索法治思維培育的主要途徑,在抓住“關(guān)鍵少數(shù)”、拓寬培育渠道、營(yíng)造法治氛圍等方面多下功夫,在環(huán)境營(yíng)造、制度保障等方面形成合力。
[Abstract]:The major content of deepening the reform in China in the new period is the construction of China under the rule of law, which is a new and condensed theory of the rule of law by our party and the realistic pursuit of comprehensively promoting the rule of law at present. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, Comrade Xi Jinping has made a series of important instructions and expositions on the construction of "China ruled by Law", which provides a mode of thinking on the rule of law for us to push forward the construction of China under the rule of law. Thought is the forerunner of action. Skillfully, the correct use of the rule of law to solve the difficulties encountered, the premise is to form the rule of law thinking. At present, the construction of the rule of law in China has entered a new stage, but the depth and breadth of the construction of the rule of law in the society as a whole still need to be strengthened. At present, the construction of social rule of law guided and promoted by the government is not optimistic, family contradictions, doctor-patient disputes, government and people tension, labor disputes and other social contradictions, seriously affect the stability and harmony of society. Here, we should cultivate our thinking on the rule of law. The cultivation of the thinking of rule of law is not only helpful to improve the quality of citizens, but also a powerful thrust of building China under the rule of law. At present, our country is in the new period of deepening reform and development in an all-round way. Facing the complicated and changeable international situation, the domestic situation with numerous contradictions and the impact of the pluralistic values, the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law is faced with a series of challenges and difficulties. On the basis of accurately grasping the basic connotation of socialist legal thinking and deeply understanding the important significance of legal thinking, the urgent task of cultivating the thinking of rule of law is to actively explore the main ways to cultivate the thinking of rule of law, and to grasp the "key minority". Widen the cultivation channel, create the atmosphere of rule of law, and form the joint force in the aspects of environment construction and system guarantee.
