【摘要】：在中國(guó)影視界恢宏巨制更迭紛沓的背后,融資問題已成瓶頸。然而,囿于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的無形性特征,版權(quán)融資工作仍屬政府"熱心"、企業(yè)"焦心"而金融機(jī)構(gòu)并不"上心"的形象工程,《集結(jié)號(hào)》制片方本應(yīng)值得驚喜的融資方式突破卻異化成為一個(gè)令貸方揪心的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理之旅。美國(guó)是版權(quán)輸出大國(guó),其有效且成熟的擬動(dòng)產(chǎn)化的版權(quán)融資制度以及新近完成的多項(xiàng)制度改進(jìn)措施為美國(guó)電影制品的全球性成功輸出提供了強(qiáng)大助力,其做法值得我國(guó)借鑒。
[Abstract]:In China film and television industry grand system change behind, the financing problem has become the bottleneck. However, due to the intangible characteristics of intellectual property, The copyright financing work is still the government's "enthusiasm", the enterprise is "worried" but the financial institution is not "the heart" the image project, the "assembly number" producer should be worth the surprise financing way breakthrough but dissimilates to make the loan party worried the risk management journey. The United States is a large country in the export of copyright. Its effective and mature immovable copyright financing system and several newly completed system improvement measures have provided a powerful help for the successful global export of American film products, which is worthy of our country's reference.
