【摘要】：在五千年的歷史發(fā)展過程中,中華民族歷經(jīng)漫長的繁衍生息創(chuàng)造了燦爛的文化,形成了以愛國主義為核心的具有本民族特色的民族精神。然而自古以來,我國就缺乏法治文明的傳統(tǒng),采取外源型的發(fā)展模式,中國法治現(xiàn)代化之路漫長。所以需要將民族精神引入法律理論的領(lǐng)域,構(gòu)建以民族精神為核心的法律本體論,這對于我國法治的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In the course of five thousand years of historical development, the Chinese nation has created a splendid culture and formed a national spirit with patriotism as the core of the nation. However, since ancient times, our country lacks the tradition of the rule of law civilization, and has taken a foreign development model, and the road of modernization of the rule of law in China is long. It is of great practical significance for the modernization process of the rule of law in China to introduce the national spirit into the field of legal theory and construct the Legal Ontology with the national spirit as the core.
