【摘要】：中國(guó)尚未出臺(tái)國(guó)有林管理的專門性立法,導(dǎo)致了國(guó)有林資源在實(shí)踐中面臨著利用與需求的巨大矛盾�；诖�,本文以美國(guó)《國(guó)有林管理法》為切入點(diǎn),分析了其出臺(tái)的背景及涉及國(guó)有林管理的法律體系,在此基礎(chǔ)上具體分析了美國(guó)《國(guó)有林管理法》5個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,最后提出了完善中國(guó)國(guó)有林管理法律制度可借鑒建議。
[Abstract]:China has not issued the special legislation of state-owned forest management, which leads to the huge contradiction between the utilization and demand of state-owned forest resources in practice. Based on this, this paper analyzes the background and the legal system of the state-owned forest management based on the National Forest Management Law of the United States. On this basis, it analyzes the contents of five aspects of the National Forest Management Law of the United States. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to perfect the legal system of state-owned forest management in China.
