【摘要】：新時(shí)期農(nóng)民工的法制教育為我國(guó)成人教育發(fā)展提供了新路徑和新天地。但是當(dāng)前農(nóng)民工法制教育處于職業(yè)培訓(xùn)教育的邊緣化地位,很多方面才剛剛起步,需要努力的地方很多,在價(jià)值取向、教育資源領(lǐng)域、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、發(fā)展的后勁動(dòng)力和吸引力等方面存在諸多問(wèn)題,有待及時(shí)科學(xué)解決。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,我們只有以《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育發(fā)展與改革規(guī)劃綱要》對(duì)成人教育和職業(yè)教育的要求為準(zhǔn)繩,從建構(gòu)和整合價(jià)值取向、建設(shè)教育資源、推進(jìn)跨界協(xié)作和增強(qiáng)發(fā)展吸引力等方面努力,方能推動(dòng)我國(guó)新時(shí)期農(nóng)民工法制教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而為維護(hù)農(nóng)民工權(quán)益、提升其法制素質(zhì)和改變其弱勢(shì)地位做出一定的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The legal education of migrant workers in the new period provides a new path and a new world for the development of adult education in China. However, at present, the legal education of migrant workers is in the marginalized position of vocational training education. Many aspects have just started. There are many areas that need to work hard. In the field of value orientation, educational resources, and operational mechanism, There are many problems in the motive force and attraction of development, which need to be solved scientifically in time. In view of these problems, we should take the requirements of adult education and vocational education as the yardstick of the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Development and Reform Plan, and build educational resources from the perspective of constructing and integrating the value orientation. Only by promoting cross-border cooperation and enhancing the attraction of development can we promote the sustainable development of the legal education of migrant workers in the new period, thus contributing to the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers, the improvement of their legal quality and the change of their weak position.
