【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)都面臨著激烈的競爭,電力企業(yè)自然也不例外。電力企業(yè)必須順應潮流逐步轉(zhuǎn)型,才能應對競爭并穩(wěn)步前進。在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中勢必會遇到各種阻力,只有應用法律為企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理保駕護航才能成功轉(zhuǎn)型。文章就是從電力企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)狀入手,探析經(jīng)營管理中存在的法律風險,進而探究其應對策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy, all kinds of industries are facing fierce competition, electric power enterprises are no exception. Electric power enterprises must adapt to the trend of gradual transformation, in order to cope with competition and steady progress. In the process of transformation, there are bound to be various kinds of resistance, only the application of law to protect the management of enterprises can successfully transform. Starting with the current situation of electric power enterprise management, this paper probes into the legal risks existing in the operation and management, and then probes into its countermeasures.
