【摘要】：統(tǒng)一多民族是憲法的莊嚴(yán)宣示和構(gòu)建中華人民共和國(guó)的核心法治特征。具體來(lái)說(shuō),統(tǒng)一多民族以多民族為物質(zhì)載體,以統(tǒng)一為固有特征,體現(xiàn)中華民族的精神內(nèi)涵,散發(fā)民族特色思維,保持多民族的共存、共生和共進(jìn)狀態(tài),促進(jìn)多民族的多維發(fā)展,提供多民族的統(tǒng)一基礎(chǔ),追求多民族的整體國(guó)家價(jià)值。其中,基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)涵提供前提要素,主體內(nèi)涵確立基本資質(zhì),國(guó)家內(nèi)涵保障基本定位,哲學(xué)內(nèi)涵提供科學(xué)支持,功能內(nèi)涵發(fā)揮特色效用,法治內(nèi)涵體現(xiàn)價(jià)值追求。
[Abstract]:The unity of multi-nationalities is the solemn declaration of the Constitution and the core characteristics of the rule of law in the people's Republic of China. Concretely speaking, unifying multi-nationalities and taking multi-nationality as material carrier, taking unity as inherent characteristic, embodies the spiritual connotation of the Chinese nation, distributes the thinking of national characteristics, and maintains the coexistence, symbiosis and progress of multi-nationalities. Promote multi-ethnic multi-dimensional development, provide multi-national unity foundation, pursue multi-national overall national value. Among them, the basic connotation provides the prerequisite elements, the subject connotation establishes the basic qualification, the national connotation guarantees the basic orientation, the philosophical connotation provides scientific support, the functional connotation brings into play the characteristic utility, and the connotation of the rule of law embodies the pursuit of value.
