【摘要】：黎族習慣法在民族地區(qū)有著重要影響。特別是在生態(tài)保護、婚姻、財產、繼承等領域,習慣法起到了維系社會秩序的作用�；诖�,就黎族習慣法的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護功能試作探討。
[Abstract]:The customary law of Li nationality has an important influence in minority areas. Especially in ecological protection, marriage, property, inheritance and other fields, customary law plays a role in maintaining social order. Based on this, the ecological and environmental protection function of the customary law of Li nationality is discussed.
