【摘要】：羅伯茨首席大法官自2005年任職以來(lái)發(fā)布的美國(guó)聯(lián)邦法院年終報(bào)告顯示,依據(jù)憲法行使司法權(quán)、加強(qiáng)聯(lián)邦法院的履職保障、關(guān)注司法改革與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、改革完善訴訟制度、確保大法官廉潔司法、創(chuàng)建和完善電子案件系統(tǒng)、建立法律職業(yè)共同體的良性互動(dòng)關(guān)系、關(guān)注聯(lián)邦地區(qū)法官等是報(bào)告的主題。發(fā)布美國(guó)聯(lián)邦法院年終報(bào)告并非憲法和法律的強(qiáng)制規(guī)定,而是一種慣例;年終報(bào)告不只是展現(xiàn)聯(lián)邦法院取得的成績(jī),更多的是直面聯(lián)邦法院發(fā)展中面臨的問(wèn)題;既是聯(lián)邦法院系統(tǒng)司法公開(kāi)的重要組成部分,也是讓公眾了解和信任聯(lián)邦法院的重要方式;不僅能展示聯(lián)邦法院的審判工作,更是首席大法官發(fā)揮聯(lián)邦法院管理職能的重要載體。
[Abstract]:The year end report of the United States federal court, issued by the chief justice of Roberts since his appointment in 2005, shows that it is necessary to exercise judicial power according to the constitution, strengthen the security of the performance of the federal court, pay attention to the judicial reform and development strategy, reform and perfect the litigation system, ensure the judge's integrity and justice, create and perfect the electronic case system and establish the common legal profession. It is a common practice that the annual report of the federal court of the United States is not a compulsory provision of the Constitution and the law, but a common practice; the year-end report is not only a manifestation of the achievements made by the federal court, but more directly to the problems facing the development of the federal law Academy; it is both the federal court system. The important part of the judicial openness is also an important way for the public to understand and trust the federal court; it can not only show the trial of the federal court, but also the important carrier for the chief justice of the court to play the administrative function of the federal court.
