【摘要】：正中國(guó)古代法律脫胎于先秦諸子的法家思想,經(jīng)過(guò)幾千年的發(fā)展,逐漸形成了規(guī)范而豐富的法律體系。它的許多內(nèi)容對(duì)于現(xiàn)代我國(guó)法律的完善與創(chuàng)新具有重要作用,值得我們?nèi)パ芯俊ｖ耐嬷吨袊?guó)法律與中國(guó)社會(huì)》是較為全面系統(tǒng)地梳理中國(guó)古代社會(huì)和法律的經(jīng)典作品。全書共六章,約27萬(wàn)字,力圖概括中國(guó)古代法律的特點(diǎn),借鑒其合理內(nèi)容,在新時(shí)代背景下對(duì)中國(guó)法律與社會(huì)的探索體現(xiàn)在以下幾方面:一、為新時(shí)代的中國(guó)法律構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)提供
[Abstract]:The ancient law of China was born out of the Legalist thought of the Pre-Qin Dynasty. After thousands of years of development, it gradually formed a standard and rich legal system. Many of its contents play an important role in the perfection and innovation of modern law in China. Qu Tongzu's book Chinese Law and Chinese Society is a comprehensive and systematic combing of ancient Chinese society and law. The book consists of six chapters, about 270000 words, trying to generalize the characteristics of ancient Chinese law, draw lessons from its reasonable content, and explore Chinese law and society in the context of the new era in the following aspects: first, To provide for the construction of a harmonious society in the new era of Chinese law
