【摘要】：在我國監(jiān)督體系中,參政黨民主監(jiān)督具有重要地位和作用。國內(nèi)外關(guān)于參政黨地位和作用的一些不正確看法,與參政黨民主監(jiān)督功能不彰有關(guān)。參政黨民主監(jiān)督的功能定位影響著參政黨的政黨性質(zhì)、整體結(jié)構(gòu)和實踐績效。參政黨民主監(jiān)督存在著動力困局、能力困局、機制困局。全面依法治國為破解參政黨民主監(jiān)督難題提供了新的契機、場域和框架。要以法治思維和法治方式構(gòu)建參政黨民主監(jiān)督的科學(xué)運行機制。要完善參政黨民主監(jiān)督的宏觀、中觀和微觀制度體系。要著力構(gòu)建參政黨民主監(jiān)督的權(quán)利保障機制、信息溝通機制和力量整合機制。
[Abstract]:In the supervision system of China, the democratic supervision of the political party has an important position and role. Some inaccurate views on the status and role of the political party at home and abroad are not related to the democratic supervision function of the political party. The functional orientation of the democratic supervision of the political party affects the party's political party's nature, the overall structure and the practical performance. In order to solve the problem of democratic supervision of the political party, a new opportunity to solve the democratic supervision problem of the political party is provided by the rule of law. The scientific operation mechanism of the democratic supervision of the political party should be constructed by rule of law thinking and the rule of law. Efforts should be made to establish the right protection mechanism, information communication mechanism and strength integration mechanism for participating parties in democratic supervision.
